Don't know but not for me.
To be more sharp, MP 1.31f with this weather plugin :

Well, might be an error in the coordinates?
Leucate France has this coordinates: 42° 55′ N , 3° 2′ O.
If you enter those in the WW config, maybe it helps?

BTW: The coordinates for Saint-Laurent-du-Mar are 43° 40′ N , 7° 11′ O.
Add those and it will work

The problem was here, probably settings modified a day, because I tested plenty of weather plugins (this one, the lite, the X86, the X64 and the SharpDX).

As we are about to release MP 1.32 Final "Halloween", I just released the new version PureVisionHD 1080 v. 11.5 ::: HERE :::
- New in version PVHD 11.5:
- New title bar color scheme for all menus, OSDs and settings.
- New GFX for some games (Pipes, Tetris etc.)
- Revision of some screens in Trakt (menus for TV, movies, lists and settings, list in calendar corrected)
- DVDArt and movie banners are now created by FanartHandler, because the DVDArt plugin doesn't work anymore (please adjust the settings of FanartHandler accordingly!)
- New GFX for topbar and OSD buttons (now round)
- Several bugfixes
Install PVHD 11.5 as soon as possible to not miss the Halloween animation on 30. and 31. October!
