Hi to all,

I´d like to point out one important thing:

If you install the plugins required for the full functionality of PureVisionHD 1.4, please DO NOT install the delivered skins!
This applies especially to plugins in MPI format.
Usually you are asked to install the respective skin files - please deactivate those for PureVisionHD.
If you accidently installed the skin files delivered with the plugin, just overwrite them with the ones of the PureVisionHD 1.4.rar.

Hope you`ll like PureVisionHD 1.4!

Thanks for the nice skin!

I really like this skin, but I am having some problems. The first one is at MP startup I get the skin out of date error and the second one is in the Shoutcastdirectory the buttons on the left are not named they are just blank. I am running MP 0.2.3.0 Rev 17991. Any help would be appriciated.

Hi Irowell,

to resolve the first error, go to your PureVisionHD directory and open the file REFERENCES.XML.
At the beginning of this file you´ll find a line with the text

<version>0.9.2.0</version>

Change this line to

<version>0.2.3.0</version>

and save the file. Restart MP. The error has gone.

The second error is possibly a missing language file, namely SHOUTCAST-LANGUAGES.XML. This file must be located in the MP main directory under ....\languages.

Please check if you have the a.m. file there. If not, copy it from the shoutcast plugin into that directory.

I would advise you to update your MediaPortal to the latest revision of 0.2.3 or even better to 1.0. RC1. The latter is really stable, and as you can see from my comments to PureVisionHD 1.4 this skin is designed to run with 1.0 RC1.

Thanks for helping me fix my out of date error at startup. The second problem has got me puzzled because if I switch to one of the other 4 skins I Have the buttons are labeled like normal. Also I am not able to find the language file that your are referring to.

Hi Irowell,

you have to use (DL) the latest version ShoutcastDirectoryPlugin-0.9.0.0.rar. In that you´ll find the above mentioned language file.

is it possible to choose in basic home-screen only the items that i wana have?
for example picture is complet deactivatet in mp setup, but it is in basic homescreen.

Hi to all,

Thanks for the latest version catavolt, much appreciated.
But at me a greater problem.
I use MyFilms v4.5 In a mode a preview - And so at an input in MyFilms From the main menu, jumps out a window about closing MP !!
Help please very much it would be desirable to use it!!!

This is an excellent skin!

One issue I experience:

In the RecordedTV page using the List Layout, the list overlaps the object description window at the bottom of thescreen. In list mode objects are displayed 15 rows deep, whereas 10 rows deep would not overlap the description window. In icon layout objects are displayed 4 rows deep, and there is no overlap.
I experience this in both 1400x900 and 1920x1080i displays.

I am unable to get this skin working with the latest version of myfilms also.

Please find enclosed the correct skin files for MyFilms.

I don´t know how the old ones made their way into the release 1.4 - but Murphy´s laws seem to be applicable here too

Just overwrite the files in your PureVisionHD directory with the ones from the attached RAR file.
