work perfect with 1.3b, but there is no skin support for Titan skin with xml files from other skin looks not great

Please let me know if something is not working as it should (it's my first try and maybe there is some things to adjust).

Nice kcosta! - as it said in the 1.3.0 beta news:

we are asking for your help to add support for these in Titan. You can use the new Titan Skin forum we created to collect feedback to share your skin files, or ask for help to get your plugin supported.

If you post there, then there is a much better chance RadioTime will be supported in the next update of Titan.
