Sorry for late response.
- The power ON when stand-by doesn't work (maybe a receiver hardware limitation).
- Volume up/down rarely works.
Others works like a charm.

Ok, well since I didn't get an answer I guess I'll go another route.

Plus, even if it did work for the Panny, I still have to figure out how to turn the Onkyo amp on and switch inputs.

I guess I'm suppose to use a USB-UIRT.
