Recording to Network-Drive is not possible (1 Viewer)

I cannot record to a network drive.
I setup the Network drive in the tv-server setup as recording folder, but it simply does not record anything.
On the local harddrive it works without problems.
The Network drive has all rights for everyone and also for anonymous users.
Log is attached.

I tested it recently with a local share, this worked fine (there was an issue introduced for free space check, that I solved).

So my thought is some permission issues:
- check BOTH share and NTFS permissions to grant EVERYONE (common error to forget file system rights)
- check communication, i.e. if a firewall blocks protocol or services

The permissions are set correctly to grant EVERYONE.
There is actually no communication problem thru the firewall.
I can access the share in windows without problems.
So I think it must be something else...

I think you have to run TV-Server with a serviceaccount with rights to networkaccess - the standard "local" is not sufficient - there was a discussion in the forum, just can't find it - but you could give it a try - run tv-service with a serviceaccount that you grant rights to the networkshare.

Can I just clarify...?
- There was the free space check problem in 1.0.2 causing network recording to fail?
- You've resolved this bug in the SVN builds and you have this working fine?

Is this correct?

Good news... I have it working now, when using the UNC-Path.
When using the drive-letter of a mapped network-drive, it does not work.
