I try build regeszter/MPExtended my fork now the some ... without changes - andrewjswan/MPExtended

for now, maybe better to push on your own github account for sharing

I create fork, but now without changes, in my local repo i update all nuget packages and try to fix MyVideo covers (But did not have time, went to work)

It seems to me the best thing is to still transfer the repository to the Media Portal, then we can somehow solve all sorts of problems together.

@ajs; buid work on VS2019. i updated few path, because was missing or wrong
need to install WIX and ASP.NEt on VS side.
i upgraded ffmpeg to 2.7 instead of 2.2.1 (oldest available nuget) ....
fixed the SQLite path. need to be updated to latest, because old 1.0.88.0 (1.0.133.0 actual)

tested on vs2017 build too, but need to install missing stuff on VS2017, onl wix build don't work ( but because i only installed for VS2019)
