Which version of MediaPortal are you running ?

I tried installing 1.35 x64 on a fresh Windows 11 install using Mariadb and got SQL database test errror. Installation failed. Same with 1.34.

Then I installed 1.33 using MySql and all is good. TVServerKodi and XmlTv plugins as well as MPExtended/MPTvScheduler(0.6.0beta11) - Android client.

Then I installed 1.35 over 1.33 (MySql). Only MPExtended does not work
Using MPExtended 0.6.0beta11 I get Failed to connected to TV service database.
I had to go back to 1.33.
I could try 1.35 with MPExtended 7.7 hoping I could connect to SQL.

I'm running fine on 1.33 x64 but would prefer to be up-to-date.
Could you suggest how I should go about upgrading to 1.35 or 1.36.

I made a copy, deleted the x86 version, installed the x64 version. So I updated the Media Portal. I deleted the TV Server but did not touch the database (I already have MariaDB installed) and installed the x64 TV Server, now I have 1.35 x64 MP + TVS + 7.7 x64 MPE.

Edit: This is what I downloaded and installed... Final size is 94595395 bytes. Artifact ID is 2046282589

Edit 2024-10-16: This percentage seems to work fine when I playback a recorded TV. But negative watching live TV. Thanks

Hi, on my machine MPExtended cannot connect to the TV Server.

• Windows 11
• Mediaportal 1.35 x64
• MPExteded 0.77
• MariaDB 11.5.2

Logs are attached.
I can see that MPExtended is not able to connect to the TV Service database, but when I'm e.g. HeidiSQL I have no problems. Mediaportal itself has also no problems to connect to the database. What can do?

Before MadiaDB, I was using MySQL 5.6.1 and had the same problem.
