OK.... so even though I only have a 28" CRT, I tried you skin and... well.... it is absolutely gorgeous!!! So clean and easy to use.

*Getting on my knees* Please consider a 4:3 version - no need to do it all over, I would think? Just as much as round icons are round.

And again I missed something in the Uitzending Gemist: the hover_nlgemist and hover_rtlgemist png files. Copy them from any other skin or from the Uitzending Gemist package into your \skin\Replicant\Media folder.

I have one weird thing. Under some letters some sort of dot appears, for instance in the Basic Home under the d of Videos and under the c in the standard home view. I only see it when using the Handelgot font, and only some letters of some font size. I confirmed this on two computers. Screenshot attached of Basic Home.

I think those dots are font-releated, not skinrelated.
If the fonts are a certain size they get that way. Its the same on other skins with that font.

I upgraded to the latest SVN and then upgraded from replicant 1.03 to 1.04 and now the weather overlay doesnt work.. i tried to disable and re-enable but no luck..
any ideas?

also when i play a mp3 file, and go to now playing, i see the CD case, but no album art.
when i click on my lyrics, it shows the art, and it also shows it in the bottom bar right from the start, but in now playing it's always a blank case

With Latest SVN, you should remove the old weatheroverlay plugin, as stated in the readme I think. It is now part of the core.

yes i did that.

i was running latest svn + 1.03 last week and it worked fine..
upgraded to lastest svn + 1.04 last night and it no longer works..
i double checked to make sure the plug in was not there.
still doesnt work.

I saw in the release notes for both the SVN and 1.04 the "ID" had changed..
so i'm wondering if somehow that was the issue

I just tested by installing the lates SVN, and it is broken on my laptop too now, both in Replicant and in BlueTwo. With Replicant 1.04 and SVN from two days ago (the 6th) it worked like a charm.

I can only guess it is related to

Check out this thread. Because of a problem with music presumably caused by weatheroverlay, it has been completely removed for the moment.

mackey, try with a newer SVN, which has the weather overlay completely removed.
it must work now.

Hey Im new to this Skin but really want to try it out it looks AWESOME!

Ive seen that currently there is an issue aruond the weather overlay.

Can you give me details as to what to install SVN versions etc to avoid any troubles.

I have never installed this skin before so dont have anything lying around from previous versions etc.
