Hmm, your video is not standard Xvid...
But you can fix problem by add Xvid tag im MKV merge:

Thanks guys for help!! I do see picture and hear sound now! I was needed to choose Cyberlink codec for that (as you can see in the screenshot).

I'm posting that so anyone else having this problem could solve it

I believe there is light on end of the tunel: 0002069: TsReader is not working properly with some H264 codecs - MediaPortal Bugtracker

Maybe MPC-HC will be finaly working with MP 1.0.2 TS reader...

Sorry, SAF have no support for ASF (WMV).
SAF disable MS DMO video decoder to enable DXVA in ASF (WMV).

Uninstall SAF to enable it again.
I will include REG file to next version, so you can enable it manualy. But remember, this will kill DXVA for WMV HD video files.

UPDATE:

If you do a little tweak of "197585.public.X_Factor_s2_a10.MiMedia_WM_1500K_V9.wmv" file (it is simple text file), you can play your video directly from MP without any plugins: (even DXVA is possible )
