If you have ATI card, you can find some of these at ccc-avivo video-all settings-Advanced quality

There are "edge-enhancement" and "de-noise" options which processings are made by GPU.

Yes, install AC3 filter but configure MP just like on the first page, except add AC3filter to the PostProcessing list. Configure AC3 Filter to use SPDIF out, and make sure DTS is checked and Set DTS Padding to Auto. That should clear up bad DTS audio to your receiver. At least that's what worked for me and a few others. Good luck!

But you say to config MP just like on the first Page but:

-Adding AC3filter to the postProcessing list. ok
-Configure AC3 Filter to use SPDIF out for everything and set DTS padding to Auto, ok


three doubts:

1º ) In the first pages, in MP config (MPA decoder is set "Decoder to Speaker Stereo", (but if I am using an Amp, i should set it to SPDIF?), Please confirm this part.

2º) In MP config, Video Player (Do I have to select AC3 Filter as a MPEG /AC3 Audio Decoder or Do I leave it as MPC -MPA Decoder Filter?

3º) Once i add the AC3 Filter to the Video PostProcessing, Do I have to check it also or just Added?

- i suggest you to use PowerDVD 8 MPEG2 decoder becouse of much better picture quality&DXVA deinterlacing.

PowerDVD 8 is better than PowerDVD 9 for mpeg2 videos (DVD specially)?
Because in my system PDVD7.3 and PDVD9 dont'work very fine with DXVA enabled (MP configuration - Directshow filter).

Sorry, info was outdated.
There are not much difference between PDVD8 and 9 MPEG2 decoder - both works fine and DXVA deinterlacing simply rock !

But for Live analog TV i prefer Elecard MPEG-2 decoder. Not only DXVA deinterlacing, but also possibility to adjust brightness level to make gray -> black (wich is not possible in PDVD MPEG2 decoder).

I newer heard about such problem. Are you sure PDVD decoder are realy in use? Did you check graph? Did you install SAF ? I am asking, becouse SAF have MPC-HC mpeg slitter (replace MS one).

Yes i'm sure, PDVD is realy in use (i use graphstudio).
No, i don't use SAF.
