    Hey Hoborg,

I have seen this posted before but haven't seen an answer as of yet.
When running MP and viewing multiple MKV files Matroska splitter gets fired up and not closed (in systray) when the video's finished, so I end up with multiple instances in systray (which I don't know is bad at all?!). Is there any way to fix that?

It is known problem, MPC video decoder crash when removed from graph causing remining fiters remain in graph. This only happend in MP (no problem in GB-PVR).

You can "fix" this problem by disabling DXVA for MPC video decoder.

yes indeed, I'm not about to give up DXVA :) Hope this'll get fixed soon

I hope so, but this looks like newerending story...

tourettes do not have DXVA GPU, so he is not able to reproduce = no entry in MP bug track list = nobody assigned to fix it.

MPC team do not care about this problem, becouse it only happends in MP, and who cares about some Media Portal, they have thier own projects...

I cannot do anything to fix this issue, i am not a coder.
I was able to locate source of problem and report - and here ends my possibilities.
