I am afraid there is nothing i can do, decoders in graph are correct, just failed to connect (?TSReader issue?)
I bet your TV will be working in GB-PVR without any problem if you try it, or play *.TS recording renamed to *.M2TS in MediaPortal.

I don't know if there are any issues regarding DXVA compability with this plugin and latest ATI Catalyst 9.11 drivers, but I upgraded from 9.5 yesterday and DXVA is working fine for me with 9.11.

    HI!

I have a strange problem and found nothing similar in this thread.

I've no problem by watching any kind of Video File ... (.ts .mkv .avi ) all works like a charm. But if I try to watch live TV i get a black screen. There's no video pin connected on live TV. See attached jpg (MP and Graphstudio hardcopy).

I search since weeks and found no solution ... it is a hp Laptop with an ATI HD 2600 (HD video also works like a charm)

Hope someone point me in the right direction ...

    cu

    i had a a similar problem ...
earlier when i start with MePo

i have seen your screen shot ... looks like u have two displays/monitors?
is it possible that u have a second display conneted to your laptop?

couse if that is so - only one can display an overlay stream like u have it at watching tv with MePo
(das ganze auf EINEN monitor begrenzen half bei mir da der overlay sich auf eine anzeige begrenzt) ...

    @ hoborg

thx again ... your SAF work also like a charm on my Jetway JNC62K miniITX machine (21test3)...
    i love it :D

    Hi Polarie!

There's a second monitor in the config (disabled and there's no option to deinstall a deactivated monitor). So i think this is not my problem!?

What was your reason for the upgrade out of interest? I have the same hardware, though I'm on Windows 7.

no video with MPC-HD and FFDSHOW

    hoborg,

could you please take a look at the attached mkv file (zipped) ? I get no video when playing via MPC-HD or FFDSHOW decoders in MP 1.1 SVN24281. I get correct video when using Core AVC, Cyberlink and Mainconcept decoders. Since I'd prefer to keep MPC-HD as my default decoder, I'd appreciate if you could take a look to see if you can spot any problems with the video file. Playback in standalone MPC-HD 1.3.1400.0 and VLC 1.0.3 was OK.

I have many other videos from the same tv series that have the same problem, so it's not just this one file. On the other hand, many other mkvs play just fine with MPC-HD.

    thank you!

Will take a look on that. It is working fine here, but i do not have DXVA device here.

BTW, if you disable DXVA, will it works? START - SAF - MPC-HC - DXVA Off

thanks for checking. all I get is a black/blank screen with both DXVA ON and OFF. Attached is the graph

... a graph from a movie file that works, looks exactly the same. does the attached movie sample work for you in Media Portal ? with MPC-HD as the x264 decoder ?
