Hey i just found that, this "killer_sample" is not DXVA compatible!
Did you try to configure colours inside MP - DS filters configuration (for MPC-HC Mpeg2 decoder)?
It´s not? That´s news.
But, also. I, as my setup is right now, am able to play the sample without any slowdowns (CPU on about 80-90%).
Is there really any need for me to even use DXVA then?
Will try to reinstall everything again and see if it works since I actually think it has stoped working now (getting about 40% load on regular 720p movies in MPC, and saying DXVA not enbled.
By adding Direct Vob Sub as postprocesing, you killed DXVA for all videos.
You need to put MKV subtitles inside MKV to make them work (but DXVA+subtitles are not possible).
Didn´t really got this untill now.
So you mean that there is actually NO way to get subtitles work when usin DXVA?
Not even by putting them inside the MKV-containers?
I´ve got everything to work now, using MPC vid DXVA (CPU at 2-10% all the time) and ffdshow for DVD and MPEG2. Nothing interfering with one another.
But I´d really like to use subtitles on my MKV-movies thou :/
