Thanks again for all the great work.

I have used Win7x64 + SAF + MP1.1 + Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H (HD4200). Everything worked fine, including dxva.... But the browsing speed on MP was kind of slow...

So now Im trying XP SP3 (as you recommended...), but Im having some trouble to get dxva working. I cant find any catalyst that works 100%. 8.5 and 8.8 doesnt support the video card... So I've tried 9.8 and the latest 9.12. None of them works on all videos...

I cant get some videos (that played with dxva on w7) to play on XP.

Any ideas?

How it works:
SAF is looking for "%WIN%\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash10b.ocx" file, if it is not there = not found.
This path is autocreated by Flash install, there is no way how to change it.
Check if file is here, or try search for Flash10b.ocx over your system.

Have you updated it to search for Flash10d.ocx, it seems like thats the new version. SAF tells me I havent it installed, but i do.

Same as Elvis51 - audio is fine, and the video plays - but there's a blocky green 'overlay'. The same video's play fine outside of MediaPortal in WMP and MPC-HC. Clean Windows install with only SAF and Haali installed.

This is outdated, flash is no longer used in online videos plugin...

Is it h264 or divx/xvid video?
Is FFDShow video decoder (not audio) in tray?

Yes, problem is with divx/xvid and h264. I'll have to wait until I'm home to check if FFDshow appears in the tray, but I did just find another post with the same problem (and includes a screenshot of my issue) here: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/codecs-external-players-55/problem-divx-73750/

Must be GPU drivers problem. Try to update them. Intel GPUs are the worst option for HTPC (video playback). My HTPC have onboard Intel GPU X4500HD, but i replaced it by ATI HD 4550 becouse similar issues...

I downloaded this (DXVA Checker), and it seems to suggest that I can only get DXVA with my Geforce 9400 in 1920x1080. Have I missed something? Do I have to use that resolution to get hardware acceleration, or will my (resized to fit the screen) 720p still work?

If a certain resolution is required for this to work, then perhaps this should be mentioned in the first post?
