I just checked the Driver Cache folder and I just have i386 folder with driver.cab, sp1.cab, sp2.cab, sp3.cab, four nt...exe files and bthport.sys.How to install:
Close all video files (MediaPlayer, MPC-HC,...)
Replace original dll in ''Windows\system32'' and '''
If system tells you that quartz.dll is in use and cannot be overvriten, restart and try it again.
You can try safe mode too.
Oh, realy sorry, it isnt Windows\Driver Cache but ''Windows\dllcache'' - i am too sleepy now
