Hmm this is weird. If I use regsvr32 they show up in MP config, but no channels work in MediaPortal, but if I install PowerDVD it works perfectly. I'll try do a clean install of Windows and get back to you.

On HD3200 Catalyst 8.5 are good choice, all DXVA modes working correctly.

Thank you (again)! Catalyst 8.5, DXVA enabled, SAF 3.30 and MP 1.0 now seems to work perfectly - with almost no CPU usage :D

Just to note for XP users and HD 3200 /780G the browser lag is not fixed until 8.12.

Is it possible to extract the h.264 decoder from Cyberlink aswell? What file is that?

Thanks for that Hoborg, has anyone test PDVD9 on HD 3200/780G and noticed any improvement? Will MPEG2 DXVA work with this and the latest Catalyst 9.2 and HD 3200?

Which browser lag? You mean for web browsers etc?
Yes see this thread- it is related to major lagging (i.e. very slow graphics drawing) when you scroll webpages, 8.12 fixes this. There was also recently an update to Flash which eliminated a memory leak problem on my system - see if you have the latest version by clicking here (note that problem may not be XP specific).

    problems with picture

I do have a problems with MediaPortal ;) I'm not sure if I'm writing in the correct place, but I've started here, so I would continue :)

    1. I've installed MeadiaPortal,
    2. I've installed this "weekly snapshot"
    3. I've installed this "SAF" thing (got some warnings regarding old CLVsd.ax, so I've downloaded "powerDVD" got this file then inserted it into Windows/system32.)
    4. Tried to play dvb-t tv - player just freezed - no picture no sound.
    5. Tried to re-install "SAF" - got warning that I cannot have powerDVD installed. So I uninstalled "powerDVD" and re-installed SAF - got warning regarding this CLVsd.ax again (now it told that I have to old version of it), so I've just ignored it
    6. Tried to play dvb-t tv - player got me some breaking sound with no picture

I have latest HP drivers for VGA and DVB-t Tuner

My notebook is HP Pavilion DV5 Notebook
    OS: Vista Home premium
    CPU: Intel Core2 P7350
    RAM:4 GB
    VGA: NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT

Any Ideas? :) What I did wrong? Something with codecs I suppose...

TV signal is SD. I think my tuner should show it in SD as well :)

And I just also found out that I can play only ts files with this player ;) no avi file can be recognized... I can only watch them with my vlc player (I have it installed).
