Second screen is not corect. You have disabled software decoding of HD video. This is not like SAF should be configured. Reinstall saf to fix it, or enable H.264 (ffmpeg) decoding. Maybe your videos are not DXVA compatible and you disabled h.264 software decoder.

Yes, becouse these videos are not DXVA compatible/wrongly made (nothing special). you need to reencode them to make them DXVA compatible. Use XviD4PSP to reencode.

I didn't noticed...
Every reencoding will loose quality.

Can I use MPCHC codecs that you publish as my main system codecs? I mean, except MP, like if I use them plating in Media Player or just checking it in GraphEdit?
