Re: SAF v4.00beta (StandAlone Filters) - DXVA ready (MPEG2, H.264 and VC-1).

elvis56: yes.

Hi Hoborg, hoped you had a good vacation-

I'm having numerous out of sync issue with ffdshow:
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...2-h-264-vc-1-a-44614/index488.html#post578478
that's for dvd in mkvs. and also having it in mkvs with x264 and another one reported something here: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...fdshow-audio-sync-problem-live-tv-only-78064/

The audio out of sync is built up over 10mins or so to a total of one minute. Then return back. This out of sync issue is not a problem if you use MPCHC's own built in codec.

tried the RC and ffdshow only. both having problems. and happened in graphstudie as well+mpchc with saf codecs as well

I hope someone will find a solution to this, or FFdshow team will fix this soon!

well I unistalled SAF completely and just tried installing the new Divx7 and Haali media splitter. Still getting out of sync issues both in WMP and MP with the .mp4 file another .avi file. Never really had out of sync issue until now. Maybe just bad luck lol

AW: SAF v4.00beta (StandAlone Filters) - DXVA ready (MPEG2, H.264 and VC-1).

Do I need to add FFDShow Audio decoder to MP postprocessing?
The Setup of SAF said something about it, that ffdshow needs it to work correctly. I also activated the passthrough in the setup.

I've got a x-fi soundcard with spdif out >> Harman Kardon AVR 255

thanks in advance :)

Does this fix the out of sync issues?

I doubt about it.
If you play our video in graphstudio, did that problem happend?

Yes, inside MP and with graphstudie/MPHC which comes with saf. In normal MPHC no problem at all.

Can you post video sample so i can reproduce it?
Anybody else have such problem?

Yes, i already read it.
Still, i am not able to reproduce any audio issue.
Not sure if you are using passthrough or not, i didnt.

You can create sample in MKV merge.
