Try to change the extension to mkv and try it again. I had also issues with m2ts-files. Mediaportal fails to interpret it and trys to use his own filters (TSReader) and fails to play it.
If you rename it to mkv, Mediaportal will not use it's own filter so the decoders should connect like in Graphstudio.
Thanks guys, I'm going to try and remux the m2ts file to a MKV file and see how that works.
I already tried the renaming but it still doesn't work.
If you play your video in graphstudio, does it play fine?
BTW, you GPU driver are dated "9-27-2009", try to update them.

The movie is playing fine in graphstudio, no lag what so ever. I'm attaching a snapshot.

My motherboard has a onboard GPU (NVIDIA GeForce 9300/nForce 730i), and according to NVIDIA there hasn't been any released NFORCE driver for Windows XP since 2009.10.01 (link). Is it possible to update the GPU driver any other way?

So this must be MePo issue...
And standard nVidia drives doesnot work on your GPU? Is it not inregrated in one driver?

That link is to MB drivers. GPU drivers are located at NVIDIA DRIVERS 258.96 WHQL
