I use the ffdshow for DVD what happens when I play a Blu Ray is then automatically used ffdshow dxva? Since you can specify only one code for DVD and not, as in TV / Film once for sd and once for hd.

SAF should play your unprotected m2ts files just fine using DxVA. Only problem is VC-1i - it is not supported by FFMpeg.

So I have to take care of me for nothing and that is automatic. How does the ffdshow ? He recognizes the BluRay and turns dxva on?

No.
DxVA is turn on if h.264 or VC-1p is detected and there is no broken limit of your GPU.

Question... so im trying this SAF on my latest rig.. Love it overall so far.. its great... only one problem, some of my MKV's have multiple audio streams (some times the primary audio stream is not English which is unfortunatly the only language i speak). So how do i define the default audio stream by language with this setup.

Hoborg,do you have any idea why everything plays fine through MPC-HD and Graph Studio but in MP i cannot bitstream HD Audio Formats?

And also in MP I can't play files with .aac files

P.S.: My System is an I3 530 with integrated graphics through HDMI in a Pioneer VSX-LX70 AV Receiver
