Hi Hoborg,

I'm going crazy trying to figure out how to disable MS DMO.
i've been searching the internet but it al leads to dead ends .....

Any way you can tell me for an alternative way to disable the MS DMO

System specs win 7 64.
using latest saf 5. 200507.
Using your suplied disable tool i get the attached window

Hi!

In the meantime I connected my AV receiver to the PC and now I output the DD TrueHD audio through bitstream HDMI . It really works (couldn't believe to see TrueHD the first time enlightened on my receiver and the problems I had before disappeared! So, the problem seems only to be there when the audio goes out over analog soundcard outputs.

The bug with DTS and DTS-MA passtrough are already solved?

I installed the latest SAF 5.00, and i still can's passthough DTS and DTS-MA.
And i also check "Connect PCM as first" and nothing.

But what is strange, is that in MPC-HC it works perfect. Why is that?

Anyone here can passthrough DTS or DTS-MA in MediaPortal with SAF 5.00?

Thanks for your reply.

I don't know what was the issue, but the MS DMO kept popping up in graphstudio ....
I now did a complete fresh install, and now (after disabeling) it is gone from graphstudio, the only problem now is that i don't have any video at all on some BluRay disks ....

I'll keep trying

but as stated above, i have no clue what was the issue, but a fresh install did the trick.

But the admin didn't seem to be the problem.

The error keeps popping up but now the codec isn't used anymore. Unfortunatly no codec is used for video :-(

I have enable all.

DD, DD-THD, DTS, DTS-MA.
But DTS and DTS-MA is not working.
Can you try to enable also the HD formats? To see if it works. You have only enable DD & DTS passthrough?

It's for playing m2ts files? Then you could try what i described here: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/codecs-external-players-55/saf-v5-00-experimental-based-ffdshow-dxva-decoder-77591/index64.html#post614191 that worked for me

If you BlueRay discs are VC-1i, then you will have big problem to play them - there is no free VC-1i decoder available.

I can enable them, but I have no hardware to send dts-ma and dd-thd to my receiver, for the moment I'm only using optical out no hdmi. So I can't tell you if that works, but DTS and DD work 100%
