Reencode? No. I mean if your video play in Graphstudio but not in MePo, then the problem is on MePo side.
Check your MePo setup, and if you have hardware that MePo needs.

Its playing fine in Graphstudio, and I think my Hardware is powerful enough
I dont really now where to start to solve the problem.

I renamed it to .dts but still i only get whitenoise.
Any idea what settings i gotta change in the sound tab for my HD5570? Id even try without passthrough just to check.

Rename file to *.DTS
Make sure you have passthrough disabled (reninstall SAF and click no to enable passthrough question)
Play your sample in graphstudio.

The HDMI out of the 5570 is connected to my A/V-Receiver (Denon 1611) and the Denon is connected to my TV (via HDMI too).

If i reinstall and disable passthrough during setup, will i be able to activate passthrough later in the audio-config of ffdshow?
Because that was my goal. to have ANY audio signal passed through to the receiver.

strange i can't get it to run. Or is perhaps the selection based on the number of channels broken?

How do you configure it? Can you please post a preset sample with the settings you chose?

On my side I don't use the number of channels in my presets, but the audio type (DTS, DTS-HD).
If I can I will test the "number of channels" option to see if I can make it work.

But i wanna decide between stereo and not stereo and an AC3 stream for example could be both...
