Hi Hoborg, small question: After installing any version of SAF6.00 i get a missing center channel whenever i use mpaudiorenderer. Is that a known issue?

Hello,
I thought both could work.
In my case this is even worse with Default DirectSound Device.
- MediaPortal has the same behaviour
- When I add it into GraphStudio, I cannot connect the Audio pins together like I did with Default WaveOut Device (graphstudio5.png)
- Then I have to manually insert "LAV Audio Decoder"
- But I still cannot connect it to Default DirectSound Device (graphstudio6.png)

I have the same issues with newest SAF 6.0, but I have HDMI passthrough enabled which is not working for AC3 and DTS.
I can't figure out why and use AC3filter for that.

i tried to open some .mkv episodes with graphstudio but it just makes an error "cant open media". Normal .wmv, wma files works fine. Where is the problem?

Can you post small sample? Use MKV Merge to split.

Since I've updated MePo to 1.2 RC and SAF to the latest version I get bluescreens in HD-LiveTV.

Does anybody other noticed this?

SAF6 installer will do it for you automatically.

Then try it without passthrough this time.
I have no idea why your audio renderer refusing these formats.
BTW, arent you using MePo audio renderer? It needs to be updated first to be compatible with LAV audio decoder.

Just out of curiosity, how does SAF 6 support WebM from YouTube?
As far as I understand FFDShow doesn't support VP8 video stream......

FFMpeg have support for VP8 for long time, so all decoders based on that library can decode it, including FFDshow.

I just updated from SAF5 to SAF6 (unlock) on MP 1.2 RC an noticed that I cannot choose PDVD codec any longer on MP Config after SAF upgrade.
Is this normal or did I miss anything obvious?
