I've just installed MeGUI and it's log says

Should I install this or could it cause problems for MediaPortal?

Nope, haali is an old spliter, fully replaced by LAVF these days.

This is a nice codec pack. On my old NVIDIA ION 330 platform german free HD tv works really well. But i got some problems viewing live tv in SD quality. There are render artefacts (square blocks) and scratchy sound sometimes. I'm using the codec 6.2.1 in locked version. What can i do to get rid of these artefacts?

You could try the unlock version of SAF in order to use the PowerDVD codec, which is one of the best codec for live TV. Ask Hoborg for the key to unlock.
Also be sure that the TV signal is ok, if not it can generate artefacts or sound cuts.

Unistall SAF, unlook it and then install SAF again.

I had put the w**t.exe to the system32 folder, before i installed SAF.

I thought this is enough for unlock!?

No, you need a SAF_key.exe from hoborg. Send a him a private message and ask for it.
