Re: AW: Re: SAF v6 (based on LAVF)
Yes i didn't test right now, but you are right, i have see that sometimes i didn't get sound, and effectively, it seems that i get it after played some dts-hd ma sound.
I have the same behaviour, when i get sound it was detected as dts-hd ma 5.1.
Can you give us your receiver model ?
(maybe you did it but on last post i didn't see it
)
Mine is Harman Kardon AVR 355.
Thanks,
Seb.
PS : the only way to get sound is to use PCM with Reclock with Arcsoft dll and we get 7.1 PCM (bit exact sound) but it's not a bitstream solution !!
Sebastii, do you have sound with the hr file too, when you played a dts-hd-ma file before?

Next problem: When playing a "dts-hd high resolution" track with 7.1 channels, the receiver shows it only as "dts-hd master audio" 5.1 and the sound level is much lower, than usual. So, exact bitstreaming with lav is not working for this format, otherwise there would not be a loss in channels.
