Schedule EPG grab using powerscheduler?? (1 Viewer)

According to the wiki WebEPG can be scheduled through the plugin, but I cannot see the plugin in Mediaportal Setup to enable it - How is the plugin installed/activated?

Hello Marky Mark, if you install the last SVN the WebEPG is now a process plugin fully integrated with MediaPortal and PowerScheduler. You configure when you want the PC to wakup to grab the EPG in the Configuration dialog of the plugin and it's done. No need to watchdog nor Windows Scheduled Task.

Any chance to get the working version of WebEPG without having to install a SVN version?

I would like to install it on my 0.2.04 plain vanilla version

you'll have to wait for 0.2.0.5 update.

So many add-ons, improvements recently, being tested for update release.

Believe it will be a major update, when available.

When WebEPG is a process plugin now, is it still possible to start grabbing from outside of MediaPortal by starting the WebEPG.exe - or is this executable gone?
I'm using a batch file for grabbing the EPG at the moment, starting it with a Windows Task, and this would not be possible without the WebEPG.exe file.
