The 311 alpha version in your post above, and the 1.0.2 "stable" version of MP.
It seems like there's 4 or 5 of us rebuilding this thing, but I figured everyone else might appreciate a rebuilt 1.1a based off Media Portal 1.02, so here you go
No new features yet, just cleaned up for the new runtime version and built off the last version Patrick released, 1.1a, which has a couple added features from 1.1, which is the last version I posted up here that was built working for 1.1 and above.
So if you are using 1.1 or higher and can't roll your own, use this one
That version is meant for the 1.1 Alpha, and newer SVN builds of it as that. For 1.02 you want the version I posted earlier in the thread
So, I just realized that Comcast did a schedule change-up last night, and like a fool, I had to have it. Anyway, I deleted my old SD lineup (SD had actually created a new lineup called Comcast - Digital Reorganized on top of the one I was already using called Comcast Digital) which was Comcast Digital and switched over to the Reorganized one. Well, after doing that I couldn't get into TV Groups anymore. Would just lockup when I tried. So, I uninstalled TV Server (I had done an export of channels before trying to update the lineup) and reinstalled and then reimported my lineup. I could get back into TV Groups now, but was still missing the new channels. So, I went ahead and forced an SD update which seemed to download all the new channels, but then it also duplicated a bunch of channels I already had. So, after some cleanup, I finally got just the channels I needed. Well, then I noticed about 15 channels weren't downloading any data and 3-4 channels were linking to the wrong channels. So, my question to you guys is; is there a way to get into my MySQL database and change the xmlid's for the channels that aren't linking up right and the ones that aren't downloading the data? I really don't want to delete those channels and then rescan my analog and QAM tuners and the HD-PVR to link all this data back up again. It's a real PITA. Thanks for anyone that can provide some SQL knowledge on me.
Hi,
I am new to mediaportal so please bare with me I installed the SD plugin and all my channels appeared in the TV3 Server config. However, they do not play in Preview or in MediaPortal. As a test I manually added a channel from my S-Video and it played perfectly. I doubled checked the setup of the channels SD added and they are properly configured and have the correct video and audio source. So I think there is something going on with the SD plugin and my PC not liking the automatically added channels. All listings appeared in my guide just as it should. I followed the directions listed in this post. I am using a STB so I can't autotune. I am using SchedulesDirectPlugin1.1b. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
