So everything fine, or issue? Same as 1.3.0? Cannot follow your here. When I see logs I assume issues, But 1.3.0 Final? I am confused.

it was MP 1.3 final official ( tested this morning ! ) we already have Oscillation FPS with MP1.3 ( but it was less pronounced!) maybe because, you have optimize the process !!!

I´d like to explicitly thank the train personal, especially the engine driver/engineer Mark (@elliottmc) for holding the train with all it´s wagons together, the stoker (@Sebastiiih) for providing all the carbon to the engine (merging to GIT) and all the others involved making the train 1.4.0 rolling successfully
