If you are experiencing the following error when trying to run setup:

"error reading setup initialization file"

Ensure that the download is complete, there has been a few reports with this issue. Confirm file-size with one on Google Code: streamedmp - Google Code

Also make sure, in case you didn't save it in a custom location and you get this error, that you delete the setup file in your Downloaded Files (temp) folder.

Yeah there's certainly a problem downloading the file from Googlecode - I've tried it about six times now. Where else can I get it?

The file is right, you just have an incomplete file somewhere in your temp folders!!

Hi, I can't find such a file and the versions I've downloaded are all only 12.1MB whereas I expected them to be 33MB. Any ideas why?

Because the download was probably interrupted.

In your Internet Explorer 7 screen, go to Tools --> Options --> Click 'Settings' under the browser history thing --> Press the 'Show Files' button (third one)

Nope. Tried everything above, two different machines, three different browsers. (6 times in total)
