Should I switch from MP1 (1.2.3.0) to MP2? (1 Viewer)

There is a Trakt plugin for MP2, but afaik it's broken at the moment.

Correct. It's broken now because the v1 API is no longer supported. But the good news is, that @aspik works on porting the plugin to the V2 API.

Is there any progress about this

I was quite busy lately and hadn't much time, but there is progress. I was working on the caching, but faced a problem, I'll try to resolve it by myself if not, I'll contact you Syncing movies is working already, but without the caching.
Currently I'm out of home an will be back on Wednesday.
