Skin outdated message while it's not! (1 Viewer)

After I did a clean Windows Vista install, I installed the official 1.0.0.0 version. So no svn release. Also the b3w skin, that comes with this install, gives the outdated message

I have this problem and have posted the issue in both the b&w skin and StreamedMP skin forums. The vista store thing and references.xml suggestions haven't worked for me either. Anyone?

Seems like some of the necessary images are missing,

Just to be clear. If I copy the following images from the Blue3 skin to the Bleu3Wide and Black & White 1080 skin it would work?

- legacyosd_volume_level_10.png
- legacyosd_volume_level_0.png
- volume.states.png
- volume.states.mute.png

I really don't know why the images are missing because I just installed MP using the setup?

I added the images and there is no error.log anymore, but the outdated message remains

UPDATE: could it be that the version in the first line (v1.0.0.21149) is the problem?

try if clearing the skin cache helps
(delete all folders in %ProgramData%\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache)

the version tag (1.0.0.21149) is not the problem
