Your mediaportal.log will confirm which version you use.
Your skin references.xml will confirm for which version the skin is optimized.

If you use MP v1.0.0.0, the refereces.xml must how the same version. If you still struggle, attach both files.

Change this line in your references.xml

<version>1.0.0.3</version>

to

<version>1.0.0.0</version>

Just take note that it actually means that your skin is optimized for latest MP SVN. Make sure everything is working as expected.
