Hi there,

I have created all the ITV HD channels listed in KingofSat (with the settings as specified on that website)

I get two ITV HD channels running at 1920:

ITV1 HD Central West - I get the error (pmtgrabber: serviceid mismatch f0b != f0c)
ITV1 HD Granada - I get the error (pmtgrabber: serviceid mismatch f0c != f0b)

I am wondering if it is bug. Both the above channels have identical settings except for the ServiceID. And as you can see from above, fob != foc swaps depending on which channel)??

Can anyone else confirm?

Hi,

The code is not in the SVN yet and therefore not in the standard install. I will upload installers based on 1.1.1 this weekend.


Quick update:

We are currently incorporating new functionality to automatically keep channel tuning details/grouping/numbering/ordering in sync when Sky juggle things round. It should be a good enhancement - when new channels launch they can be automatically added to the correct group and assigned the correct Sky channel number. Old channels that close down will be deleted automatically.

You will be able to configure what the system keeps in sync. For example you could just keep the channel tuning information updated (useful if you have your own groups/channel order defined). You could also select everything so the groups and channels would always be kept up to date and in-sync with standard Sky boxes. I'm hoping to include functionality so you can optionally automatically replace SD channels with HD simulcasts (eg Sky1 HD will be overridden to be 106 and replace SD Sky1 in the EPG)

A stable version of this will still be a while off as I havent got a lot of free time at the moment (it will be mid-November at the earliest). I will have beta versions available in the coming weeks if anyone is interested in helping with testing.

Is it not about time to start a new thread for this, this one is getting too big and clunky and confusing and impossible to find the correct information and the latest version of the installer.

While I appreciate all DJBlus hard work I think it is time to let this thread die and start afresh

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction to setup the Sky EPG correctly, im not sure where the latest setup info is?

I have got my TV Server setup and it does collect the EPG data but it will only get the data for the channel that i am watching, and it will only bring back the current program and 1 or 2 after it.
