I've just realised I haven't put the Italian file into the TVServer folder as I don't need an Italian guide - is that of any consequence?

If you're not going to use Sky Italy then you don't need it.

Have you closed Media Portal?

In Task Manager if its Sky EPG then you should see around 46% cpu usage on the Process TVservice.exe (dual core system that is) 89% on Single Core

If it doesn't work this time can you upload all the files in your log directory

In that case I'm still not working as my cpu is at 1%

I'll reboot and try again.
