You have no signal level? I see your using Diseqc is that right? Are the settings correct?

Also your log Dates and Times are all out by 6 days. Is your system time correct?

Don't know what was wrong, but it's scanning now after a reboot so fingers crossed I'm on the right track now - I'll let you know how I get on.

What svn is needed for this on RC2? I have changed the TSWriter file (backed up old 1 first) and its doing an epg grab on the radio channel. IS this the only 1 I need to grab or do I have to set brit shorts as well. It maxed out at 890000k and is now sitting at around 430000k with cpu at 50% but not sure if anything is actually happening.

What do you all suggest?

Don't know about RC2 SVN (using RC3 stable here) but it's all working here...thanks DJBlu!)

You only need to select the radio channel and no others, don't even select english- then go to general settings > EPG - I think you only need EPG grabbing while idle selected then if you haven't got it working yet go to Manual Control > click "Refresh DVB EPG" it will restart in about 10 seconds then it will show state grabbing EPG next to Dvbs and you will see CPU usage start, possibly with small breaks going on for about 1 hour (my CPU was going about 54% on 5000 64x2 up to 100%).

Fantastic. Well it finally settled down so I've gone back into MediaPortal and channels that had no listings before now have listings (and for the next 7 days). I added a few more channels to the guide and the listings just appeared. I am well impressed with this.

All I can say is keep up the good work and RIP WebEPG. This puts the likes on Radio Times & Digiguide to shame by a long shot

DJBlu - have your current build working and really pleased with it... you mention a new one to work without the 2008 runtime... is there any other benefit, or should I just stick with what I have?

Also - any word from the dev's if they will incorp this into 1.0, would be a great addition IMO

Ok generally this is brilliant. However (Possibly owing to my stupidity?) I am missing epg data for Channel 5,Sky 3, UK TV History, 4 Music and some others (not checked further down the guide yet) I have followed the guide to setup from further back in this thread, only ticking EPG Background audio and refreshing DVB Guide data etc. logs attached.

ps running RC3 with last friday's svn.
