Some curiosities...
First:
What's the meaning of the "Timeout" parameter in the "TVServer Configs > General Settings > EPG" section?
Second:
I added by hand two satellite channels (setting up the frequencies parameters by hand); the channels work good but there's an issue: while the EPG of all the other channels covers more or less one week, the EPG of the new channels covers only a few hours at a time.

The timeout parameter is the epg grabber timeout, that is when the grabber is started it waits for epg data for this amount of seconds and if nothing is received it aborts. Normally there is no need to change it.
As for the second question you have to be sure that the networkid parameter is correct for this channels cause guide mappings is driven by this parameter. Just courious: why manually ad channels? You can scan the single transponder if you need without making a complete rescan.
