@FlipGer are those Blu-rays Progressive or Interlaced?
If they're interlaced, and you're using your ATi card, then make sure that (when you use LAV as video codec) you MUST have enabled Hardware Acceleration and keep the 'WMV9 checkbox' UNchecked. They won't play without it (see Wiki limitations) Copy-back mode is preferred for Blu-ray because of clip boundry issues with native.
But since you're also stating that every VC-1 BR is reporting H264 video and same # of chapters and duration, this might be another issue.
