Did you remove everything including the folder before reinstalling?

Ya, first time i only removed the folder under C:\program files, it didn't work so i un-installed and removed both the folders in c:\program files and under c:\documnets and settings\all users\application data\, restarted and reinstalled, still no luck.

Please help

just to add something, could it be me not having the right codecs? what codecs are needed for tv engine and client?

I even bought a new PCI hybrid card to test with and no luck

Is this installed alongside your DVB-T card, you may have to delete the sql.db and start from scratch if you want more than 1 card installed, may be giving you a problem.

take it you are using xp, as the only reference to your OS is "xp firewall" have you got all M$ updates.
