Is there a way to start playing media files in mediaportal by opening them from within programs like windows explorer, directory opus or even from the commandline?
Media Portal use for playing files standard software like Windows Media Player etc.
Only one thing what I know is plug-in "My exMEDIAPORTAL - free media center - My Explorerplorer" you can browse your files like under Windows.
This plug-in has been designed for MP1 RC2 and I don't have any information about newer version.
