Starting work on Techno Trend Premium support (1 Viewer)

Oh - what I didn't know but found out recently: although the TT SDK seems to limit the piping filters to 8 it looks as if 20 simultanous section filters are no problem. This may help when providing a view to the structure of the TS to the rest of graph. I don't know if in parallel to the 20 section filters all 8 piping filters are still available. And: another guy told me that the premium supports 32 parallel filters - where are the four left?

I am planning on working on support for the MD API as soon as I am done with TTPremium Support. If someone else wants to take it sooner, please do. My request would be that whomever writes it, do it as generic MD API support. Make sure it works with Media Portal in general and not a specific card in Media Portal and also make sure it handles the full MD API, not just a portion that deals with a specific plugin.

As an update on the subject of this thread. I spent some time this weekend completing the TTPremiumSource filter for Directshow. I think I have everything implemented that I need. I now have to hook it into the TVCapture portion of MP (not a lot of work), test, and fix bugs. So I am almost there. Unfortunately, it may be next weekend before I get a chance to work on it again. But who knows, maybe the time fairy will visit me and give me a few hours during the week.

D_law, yes the support I am adding will support CI/CAM as it is part of the hardware. It will not support softCI/CAM.
