thx for your feedback, I will check the problem in the next few days.
Some statements to your ideas:

• RSS feed: InfoService cannot (currently?) handle local RSS files and I do not want to use a web server to publish stock informations. As a workaround please update the actual InfoService property from e.g. <label>#infoservice.feed.alltitles</label> to <label>#infoservice.feed.alltitles #Stocks.Ticker</label>
• PIN code: nice idea, if I find enough time I can implement this as part of the next major release

Hi Micropolos,

thanks for the nice plugin! it works with Maya-skin by copying the xml to the skin folder but there is a black background
can you please add support for this skin?

I made a StreamedMP skin file for this plugin.
Maybe it needs some finetuning, but it works fine

yeah you are right, you will need a webserver....

Hmm, I was looking all over the place for this yesterday evening and this morning.

Thanks, but now I have to download and reinstall the plug-in since I scraped it when there was no skin files for StreamedMP.

Some things in life sucks...

First of all its a great plugin, however I have a question.

I am using the basic homescreen of StreamedMP and I was wondering if it is possible to add Stocks to the menu and let the stockinfo appear when u hover of the menu item like the weather?

Scrounger made a good start by showing the stocks on the basic homescreen.

As I said, I use the streamedMP skin and when I hover over the weather menuitem the 5 day forcast appear on the screen.
I was wondering if it is possible to preserve that style and do the same for the stocks and let 5 items appear of your choosing.

PS: I dont have any Paint skills
