The video is showing "basic home" screen. Your screenshot above is "home" screen. Press 'h' to toggle.
Load mediaportal configuration -> general -> start on basic home screen. (to use this screen as default).

With regards to your screen, you need to change the overscan or pixel mapping settings. Half your screen is off the edge of your tv. Also you have a very strange screen resolution setting in your screenshots.

the screen on lcd is OK 1920*1080 , the reason for this is that i pressed print screen button and pc automatically captured whole my desktop PC and extended LCD so i manualy cut only this part and that is the reason for this resulation and overscan or pixel mapping.
