Since these PCs seem to be basically a laptop in a box, it wouldn't be that surprising that there are power saving 'features' which you can't turn off....
There might be, there are tons of settings that can be made in ASRock UEFI Setup Utility. However since I'm not sure about what I'm doing, I haven't tried to change everything, just a few of the settings, see previous posts. Here are some screenshots who might be informative to someone more experienced.
