Re: SubtitleDownloader 2.9

Very good first post ;)

I'll integrate the downloader with next version of SubCentral. If you PM me your Google Code username, I will add you as contributor to SubCentral so you can add and update binary in SubCentral SVN. Third party downloader DLL files should go here

You will have to maintain code separately, be it on your computer or some online service.

I committed the downloader to SubCentral, thank you.
Okay, I'll put the code on a SVN.

At this point I haven't been integrating 3rd party downloaders to SubtitleDownloader since I probably won't have enough resources to maintain all of them, so at the moment they are under author's responsibility.

Thanks for the clarification, I'll maintain and keep updated my downloader. :)

hi seco, could you add the suport foe brazilian portuguese in your API. Because subcentral dont has this language for choice.

    Hi Secco,

How difficult is to use RFC 3066 instead iso 639?

It would change everything since the language code is one of the core functions in SubtitleDownloader and probably this kind of change is not going to happen.

    Re: SubtitleDownloader 3.0

I have problems to download subtitles from podnapisi.net.

I'm using subcentral which uses subtitledownloader.
The plugin founds subtitles but it is not possible to download them when they are from podnapisi, other websites working fine.
I get the error message: "Error downloading subtitles: No download link found for subtitle!"

    Logs are attached.

(I have a similar post in the SubCentral forum. The developer advised me to post it here, too)

Podnapisi download is broken yes, already fixed in SubtitleDownloader 3.0.1 which should be out soon.

    Re: SubtitleDownloader 3.0.1

    I have released version 3.0.1.

To update, unzip the archive to MP installation directory and overwrite old SubtitleDownloader.dll.

Note that to use this version updating MediaPortal or SubCentral is NOT required.

    Hi seco,

I must be missing something, exactly what directory do the files go?

Is it possible for you to update the first post with installation instructions?
