Hi Doskabouter,

Would it be possible to add the the site RTÉ Player: Catch up with your favourite TV programmes online

This is the irish television recent show archive. It shows series, news and sport mostly produced within Ireland.

It uses RTMPE.I would be so gratefull if this could be added.

Tweakers.net had It's own youtube channel, but that's not pu-to-date.. Many movies are missing there.

So it would be really awesome to see this in Onlinevideos, because Tweakers.net is one of my favorite sites!

Another question: Hardware.info is supported, but only Hardware.infoTV. Not the single Items:

Edit: so I think that were all the problematic canadian sites, or did I miss one?

I updated my sites but don't see CTV.ca. Is it possible to add this one, please?

I had tried to do it myself.... with the tool and a packet sniffer I was close, I think, but was not able to get the regex correct to build the final video URL.

First of all thanks for the wonderful plugin.

So, far for all of the above CTV family of channels, I'm able to get their categories using a URL to their AJAX script. So, the respective URLs are:

That are a lot of sites... thought I was more or less finished with canadian stuff...
By the way, you are on the right track. Maybe you could even get closer (or better yet, find the final urls, and finish those sites yourself) with the help of the SiteParser.

Hi Doskabouter!

Unfortunately, SiteParser will not be sufficient for these sites.

Everything after the sub-category stage (i.e., the actual list of videos) needs some IDs from the category and sub-category pages. So, in effect these sites are screaming for a CTVUtils.cs.

I have downloaded Visual Studio Express on my VMWare partition, so I'll see if I can make a fool of myself with my C# skills. I will try and use CBCUtil as a base and see what happens.

Phew, I finally managed to get it working.

Theoretically, the live stream should also work, but at my pc, I didn't get it going...

Another question: Hardware.info is supported, but only Hardware.infoTV. Not the single Items:
