Looks like top program is using same x position as bottom program... but font size is larger.

Obviously you did not copy the content of the media folder inside the zip, I also see displacement of text in the channel and time icons ;)
Do you have a different resolution than 1920x1080?

I selected the folder as well as all the xmls and copied to the DefaultWideHD skin folder, overwriting any files. My TV is 1080. My resolution is 1920x1080. "Scale and Layout" setting is 100%.

I just moved, again, all the individual files to the appropriate skin folders, manually, deleted the cache, and restarted MP .... not surprising, I get exactly the same issue as in the last pics. I did also notice the channel and time displacement you mentioned, they look "off", but I'm not sure what they are supposed to look like..

    I'm at a loss.

The TV OSDs should look like these screenshots now:

Still the issue with the up/down channel zap. Looks like layout difference between 12 hour and 24 hour clock, when AM/PM is displayed it crowds the program label. All the other OSDs look good. Thanks
