System.IO.FileNotFoundException when installing (3 Viewers)

No folder is created in ProgramData. I attach the crash log, which is the only log I can find. The error message suggests that the Deploy.Tool is expecting to find a file and crashes when it can't find it. But I can't fathom out what that file is it is looking for.

damnit, SFC came back with some unrepairable errors :-S gonna have to revert to default settings and try again.
