this is a very old processor.

is this enough for the mediaportal?

for example a douplecore 1,6 atom = 3,2 ? isnt better?!?

yes, a dual core 1.6 is faster than a 900mhz cpu, if thats what yr asking, and should be enough to run MP with Standard Definition video. It probably wont be capable of high-def though.
