[Bug] Taskbar briefly flashes after starting/stopping video (5 Viewers)

Maybe this is change with this one but not sure
On my side when DRR kick in my screen goes black for 1 or 2 seconds and maybe the taskbar can be seen but like screen is blank/dark, i can't see it.

Same result. Playback is good. Flashing on stop/start.

When I use a regular movie for testing, I only see the flashing on stopping a video. When I use onlinevideos, then I will see the flashing on stop and start. Maybe because the DRR changes during the video?

So the your first version of your fix gave the best result, but then we got those playback issues.

It seems to be the principle of the FixDwm code
So i fear, we can do nothing about it expect switch on win8

Yep first fix comment out the FixDwm code.
And it seems that focusing MP didn't help much too.

For OV maybe we have different refresh rate running and then lead to more flashing.

That's the point, it only happens with DRR.
