[Bug] Taskbar briefly flashes after starting/stopping video (2 Viewers)

With WatchDog #1 I see the following: 0.5s Black screen, 0.5s Video List, 0.5s Black screen, then the video starts. But no Task bar.

I will make a video later. My wife gets angry. Sorry.

Hmm, I can not reproduce this on Win8.1 but I am pretty sure I saw this happen on my HTPC which got Win7 installed.

The main problem to me is not the flashing which happens when taskbar is fixed but the fact that autohide taskbar remains on top.

I didn't has the issue too on win8.1. But maybe this can be solve by trigger a focus after drr has do is job

I can't repro anymore with or without Dynamic Refresh Rate.
That's just so odd that thing has been bothering me for month.
No sure what I did. I've updated my DD drivers and did a clean install of TV server.
Not sure at which point it fixed itself.
